House Rules – Please Read Carefully Welcome to your stay. These gentle guidelines ensure a seamless experience for everyone: 1. Shoes Off Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes at the door to help us maintain cleanliness and comfort. 2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Noise violations may result in a $100 fine. 3. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors may incur a $100 fee. 4. No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful home—not a venue. Any evidence of parties will result in a $100 penalty per incident. 5. No Smoking Anywhere Inside (Including Balcony & Bathroom Fans): This is a 100% smoke-free home and building. Smoking violations are subject to a $100 fine. 6. Lost Key or FOB Replacement: Please take care of keys and fobs—replacements incur a $100 fee. 7. Separate Your Recycling & Garbage: Kindly follow local recycling guidelines. Improper sorting may result in additional cleaning or disposal fees. 8. No Illegal Activities: Any activity in violation of Canadian law will result in immediate termination of the stay and notification to authorities. 9. Excessive Cleaning or Damages: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly. A minimum $100 fee may apply. Please note: All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form via SuiteOp, which includes submitting a government-issued ID, signing a rental agreement, and providing a refundable security deposit ($500). This helps ensure a safe, smooth, and respectful stay for everyone.

Guests have full access to the suite and all common areas including the rooftop, gym, and courtyard. Guest would need to retrieve the fob/garage remote first to access the parking garage.
