Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Noise violations may result in a $100 fine. 3. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors may incur a $100 fee. 4. No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful home—not a venue. Any evidence of parties will result in a $100 penalty per incident. 5. No Smoking Anywhere Inside (Including Balcony & Bathroom Fans): This is a 100% smoke-free home and building. Smoking violations are subject to a $100 fine. 6. Lost Key or FOB Replacement: Please take care of keys and fobs—replacements incur a $100 fee. 7. Separate Your Recycling & Garbage: Kindly follow local recycling guidelines. Improper sorting may result in additional cleaning or disposal fees. 8. No Illegal Activities: Any activity in violation of Canadian law will result in immediate termination of the stay and notification to authorities. 9. Excessive Cleaning or Damages: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly. A minimum $100 fee may apply. A CAD $300 security deposit is required. You may choose a damage waiver at checkout instead if it is offered for this listing. We do not use SuiteOp. We do not collect any deposit or card off Airbnb.

Guests have full access to the suite and all common areas including the rooftop, gym, and courtyard. Guest would need to retrieve the fob/garage remote first to access the parking garage.
