No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors may incur a $100 fee. 4. No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful home—not a venue. Any evidence of parties will result in a $100 penalty per incident. 5. No Smoking Anywhere Inside (Including Balcony & Bathroom Fans): This is a 100% smoke-free home and building. Smoking violations are subject to a $100 fine. 6. Lost Key or FOB Replacement: Please take care of keys and fobs—replacements incur a $100 fee. 7. Separate Your Recycling & Garbage: Kindly follow local recycling guidelines. Improper sorting may result in additional cleaning or disposal fees. 8. No Illegal Activities: Any activity in violation of Canadian law will result in immediate termination of the stay and notification to authorities. 9. Excessive Cleaning or Damages: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning will be charged accordingly. A minimum $100 fee may apply. Building is very secure. You can find everything you need in this unit. George and team are also responsive. Worth the price and is only few minutes away from downtown.
